Event: 28 – 30 November 2025

Onboarding:

Online masterclasses and briefings hosted by CTIAF. These will take place the week before the event. They will be recorded and saved on CTIAF’s G-Drive so everyone has access to them. They will also set up a discord server where you can discuss and brainstorm with other participants. 

The Jam will start at 18h00 on Friday 28 November and will end at 18h00 on Sunday 30 November. 

Arrival and set up for the event will begin on Friday. 

We encourage sleepovers and will provide camping mattresses and snacks,  meals, refreshments, mentors and vibes for the duration of the weekend. 

Things to note: 

One of your team members needs to be on site at any given time, but you are not each obliged to stay the full 48 hours. We will talk you through rosters and best pipeline practises. 

In order to maximise your experience, its advisable to join for the entire event.  However,  an online platform for team communication will be made available.

That said, the networking, fun and gees happens onsite – so don’t miss out!

OPTION 1: I want to make an original story!

If you want to create an original story, you can organise  your own team and develop a personal IP.  This means you will have to provide all your own working files / concept / story.

OPTION 2: Thanks, but I want content for my reel!

You’re an animator, comp artist, editor, basically someone who just wants to put their head down and get to work!  You’ll be given a story and artwork from  Book Dash, an artist driven literacy event.  These animations will be used by Book Dash in their marketing and of course is available for you to add to your reel
