Supporting projects and films by directors of Saudi or Arab nationalities or origins; African nationalities; or Asian nationalities, the Red Sea Souk Project Market will present a selection of 12 projects in development or production, while the Work-in-Progress will present a selection of 10 films in post-production.

All selected projects will compete for the Red Sea Souk cash awards provided by the Red Sea Fund and awarded by the Project Market juries. Participating projects will also be eligible for additional awards funded by the Red Sea Souk sponsors and partners.

All projects will be presented to the Red Sea Souk guests at live pitching sessions during the Souk. In addition to the presentations, one-to-one meetings will be organized between all project holders and industry guests.

The Red Sea Souk will be held on the sidelines of the Red Sea International Film Festival taking place December 5—14, 2024, in Jeddah, KSA.

Deadlines for Applications:

• Projects in development or production: July 15, 2024
• Projects in post-production: August 29, 2024
